Grounded in the brand’s core values, I defined clear voice traits that brought its personality to life.

I expanded on the foundational brand identity, helping to shape a more vivid, relatable, and consistent image.

To support that, I built a strategic language framework—designed to guide cohesive, engaging messaging across every customer touchpoint. It became one of the most practical and impactful tools in the entire brand refresh.
